Implementation of International Standards Tools with the Aim of Risk Mitigation in a Selected Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na mitigaci rizik v konkrétní organizaci Varroc Lighting Systems s.r.o. Předkládaná práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny konkrétní pojmy týkající se organizace, validity, kvality a analytických nástrojů. Praktická část je zaměřena na odhalení rizik v celém procesu na oddělení kvality. Pro účely posouzení rizik byl využit strukturovaný rozhovor, HTA analýza a FMEA analýza. Na zjištěné riziko bylo navržené opatření, které bylo následně aplikováno v praxi. V poslední části se práce soustřeďuje na vyhodnocení a funkčnost návrhu řešení

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on risk mitigation in a specific organization Varroc Lighting Systems s.r.o. The presented work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines specific concepts related to the organization, validity, quality and analytical tools. The practical part is focused on revealing risks in the whole process of the quality department. For the purposes of risk assessment, a structured interview, HTA analysis and FMEA analysis were used. A measure was proposed for the identified risk, which was subsequently applied in practice. In the last part, the work focuses on the evaluation and functionality of the solution design.
