The Evaluation and Assement Scales Used in Perioperative Care

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje využití hodnotících a posuzovacích škál v perioperační péči. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké škály jsou využívány na úseku perioperační péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány všechny fáze perioperační péče a hodnotící škály, které je možno v perioperační péči využít. Výzkumná část obsahuje prezentaci a popis výsledků kvantitativního výzkumného šetření zaměřeného na zjištění využívání hodnotících a měřících škál v perioperační péči na jednotlivých odděleních. Výsledná data byla zpracována pomocí statistické analýzy a následně graficky uspořádána do tabulek a grafů. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno ve dvou krajských a dvou fakultních nemocnicích. Celkem bylo do výzkumného dotazníkového šetření zařazeno 126 respondentek pracujících na úseku perioperační péče.

Abstract:

The thesis is dealing with evaluation and assessment scales used in perioperative care. The main goal of this thesis is to find out which evaluation and assessment scalesare used in the perioperative care. The thesis is devided into two parts theoretical and research.The theoretical part is describing all parts of perioperative care and evaluation and assessment scales which can possibly be used in perioperative care. There is a presentation and description of the results of quantitative research in the second part. The researche is focused on evaluation and assessment scales used in every department of perioperative care. Data are taken by questionnaires and processed by statistical analysis.. The research has been realized in two region hospitals and two university hospitals. In total, the research questionnaire survey situated 126 respondents working in the field of perioperative care.
