Morphological Homonymy in Russian (based on Russian National Corpus)

Abstract:

This Diploma thesis “Моrphological homonymy in the Russian language based on the Russian National Corpus” deals with a morphological (grammatical) homonymy in the Russian language and the possibilities of distinguishing the morphological (grammatical) homonyms in the Russian National Corpus. The goal of the thesis is to explain the concept of morphological (grammatical) homonymy and to find progressions of the parts of speech, which form the progressions of morphological homonyms and to compare them. The Diploma thesis has two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis the author explains homonymy as a language phenomenon in the Russian morphology and further compares morphological (grammatical) homonymy to lexical (semantic) homonymy. The practical part analyses examples of the morphological homonymy in the Russian language and its possibility of practical use in Russian lessons.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Morfologičeskaja omonimija v russkom jazyke (na primere Nacionalnogo korpusa russkogo jazyka)” se zabývá morfologickou (gramatickou) homonymií v ruském jazyce a možnostmi rozlišování morfologických (gramatických) homonym v Národním korpusu ruského jazyka. Cílem práce je vysvětlit pojem morfologická (gramatická) homonymie, najít slovní druhy v ruštině, které tvoří řady morfologických homonym a porovnat je. Diplomová práce má dvě části ― teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části autor vysvětluje homonymii jako jazykový jev v ruské morfologii, konkrétně se porovnává homonymie morfologická (gramatická) a homonymie lexikální (sémantická). V praktické části se analyzují příklady morfologické homonymie v ruském jazyce a představují možnosti jejich využití v hodinách ruského jazyka.
