Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Syndrom vyhoření u zdravotnických pracovníků. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je stručně, avšak dostatečně vysvětlena problematika syndromu vyhoření v celé její šíři. Zabývá se samotným pojmem, ohroženými skupinami, diagnostikou, prevencí i léčbou. The bachelor thesis is elaborated on the topic of burnout syndrome in health care workers. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
