Abstract:
Tématem mojí práce je zákon o vlastnictví bytů, vymezení základních pojmů zákona a analýza zákona s uvedením praktických zkušeností se zápisy bytů v katastru nemovitostí.
Abstract:
The these of my work is flat property according to Act No 72/1994 Coll., delimitation of basic conceptions of law and law analysis with introduction practical skills with recording the rights to the flat in the cadastre of real estates.
