Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice kontaminace potravin reziduí pesticidů. V teoretické části podává přehled používaných pesticidů a rozděluje je podle toho, jak se tyto látky dostávají do potravin a jaký mají vliv na člověka. This bachelor thesis is addressing pesticide residues contaminating food commodities. The theoretical part provides an overview of currently used pesticides and groups them according to their pathways to food and impacts on human health.
