Analysis of the evaluation system and work performance in the selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma Analýza systémů hodnocení pracovníků a pracovního výkonu ve vybraném podniku. Vybraný podnik je v tomto případě společnost BCS Automotive Interface Solution s. r. o., která se zabývá výrobou kovových a plastových spínačů a elektronických modulů do automobilů. V teoretické části je popsán úvod do problému a důležité znalosti o hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců. V aplikační části je představena společnost BCS AIS s. r. o. a poté rozbor dotazníkového šetření, rozhovor s vedoucím výroby, komparace dat, Fisherův kombinatorický test a test nezávislosti chí – kvadrát. Ve finální části je diskuze získaných výsledků a závěr. Cílem je zjistit, jestli je systém hodnocení v této firmě správně nastaven, zjištění metod a četností hodnocení a v případě nedostatků navrhnout nápravná opatření. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zjištění, že ve firmě mají zaměstnanci dobré povědomí o kritériích hodnocení a mají pravidelnou zpětnou vazbu od zaměstnavatelů. Je zde zaveden systém hodnocení. Zaměstnanci jsou hodnoceni primárně podle výkonových norem a dohodnutých cílů. Systém hodnocení a odměňování se dá označit jako spravedlivý, přesto je zde menší část zaměstnanců, kteří jsou nespokojení.

Abstract:

The main focus of this bachelor thesis is the Analysis of the employees evaluation system and work performance in a selected company. The selected company in this case is BCS Automotive Interface Solution s. r. o. company, which manufactures metal and plastic switches and electronic modules for cars. The theoretical part describes the introduction to the problem and important knowledge about the evaluation and remuneration of employees. The application part presents the company BCS AIS s. r. o. and then the analysis of the questionnaire survey, an interview with the production manager, data comparison, Fisher's combinatorial test and chi - square independence test. The assesment of the obtained findings is included in the final part together with the conclusion. The aim is to find out whether the evaluation system in this company is set up correctly, to assess the methods and frequency of evaluations and, in case of deficiencies, to propose corrective measures. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis is that in the company employees have a good awareness of evaluation criteria and have regular feedback from their managers. An evaluation system is in place here. Employees are evaluated primarily according to the performance standards and agreed goals. The evaluation and remuneration system can be described as fair, yet there is a small proportion of employees who are dissatisfied.
