Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá smluvní pokutou v obchodních vztazích. Cílem práce a průřezovou otázku je ochrana odběratele před nesprávným postupem dodavatele. Práce shrnuje dosavadní názory na tuto problematiku a stanovuje autorův vlastní pohled na problematické otázky. Abstract:
This diploma thesis concerns with liquidated damages in business relations in the Czech law. The general aim of this thesis is customer protection against inappropriate conduct of supplier. In my thesis I set the emphasis on the importance of practice of the courts. All the matters are recommended to the customer, so that the liquidated damage would be as advantageous as possible.
