Abstract:
Cíl této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat směnku jako cenný papír platební i zajišťovací, zabývat se jejími náležitostmi, zaměřovat se na převod směnky a také na uplatnění nároků ze směnky v podnikání. Dále se budu zabývat funkcí směnky zajišťovací, a to především v závazkových vztazích obchodních. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the instrumental means of a bill of exchange, it’s essential requirements, transfer of a bill to another party and assertion of valid claims to this instrument in business.
