LA-ICP-MS for elemental distribution in otoliths
Abstract:
Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza otolitů pomocí metody LA-ICP-MS. Byl studován vliv podmínek pro měření otolitů. Zkoumanými podmínkami byly frekvence laseru, rychlost posunu vzorku, průměr a energie laserového paprsku. Na závěr byly zmapovány jednotlivé prvky vyskytující se v otolitech.
Abstract:
The content of bachelor thesis is analysis of otoliths by method LA-ICP-MS. The influence of conditions for measurement of otoliths was studied. Studied conditions were frequence of laser, speed of drift sample, size and energy laser beam. As a conclusion 2D maps of individual elements were created.
