Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití fotografie v kriminalistickém zkoumání a fotografické dokumentaci. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní principy kriminalistické dokumentace, historie a vývoj fotografie. Dále se práce věnuje dokumentační kriminalistické fotografii, speciálním a moderním kriminalistickým fotografickým metodám, fotografování v záření, fotografování speciálních situací, fotografické dokumentaci důkazů a dalším. V praktické části práce se autorka zaměřuje na způsob sběru dat pro dotazníkové šetření, tvorbu dotazníku a výběr respondentů pro toto šetření. Dále autorka popisuje způsoby zadávání dotazníkového šetření a následné zpracování získaných údajů. Výsledkem závěrečné práce je předložení souboru návrhů a doporučení možných změn, jež umožní efektivnější práci kriminalistických dokumentaristů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the use of photography in forensic investigation and photographic documentation. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of forensic documentation, the history and development of photography. The thesis further deals with forensic photography, special and modern forensic photographic methods, photography in radiation, photographing of special situations, photographic documentation of evidence and more. In the practical part of the thesis, the author focuses on the method of data collection for the questionnaire survey, the creation of the questionnaire, and the selection of respondents for this survey. The author also describes the methods of conducting the questionnaire survey and the subsequent processing of the obtained data. The final outcome of the thesis is the submission of a set of proposals and recommendations for possible changes that will enable more efficient work of forensic documentarians.
