Project of Improvement of the Education of Perioperative Nurses In Chosen Health Facility

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání a následného začlenění perioperačních sester do pracovního procesu. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt zlepšení průběhu adaptačního procesu u perioperačních sester. Podstatou řešení bylo analyzovat současný stav adaptačního procesu a identifikovat jeho nedostatky. To bylo provedeno pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a následnou analýzou 5C a SWOT analýzou. Na základě těchto analýz byl navržen projekt, který obsahuje nové interní dokumenty, které povedou ke zlepšení a zkvalitnění průběhu adaptačního procesu. Hlavním výsledkem práce je vytvoření podkladů pro zlepšení průběhu adaptačního procesu na dané oddělení, které povedou ke zjednodušení adaptace zaměstnance.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of education and the subsequent integration of perioperative nurses into the work process. The target of this thesis is to create a project which can improve the adaptation process of perioperative nurses. The key to find the solution was to analyze the current status of the adaptation process and to identify its deficiencies. This was done by using structured interviews with employees followed by 5C and SWOT analyses. Based on these analyses, there was a project suggested, that contains new internal documents that can improve the quality of the adaptation process. The main result of this work is creating the documents for the improvement of the adaptation process for the department and these materials will help to make the employee's adaptation easier.
