Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématy manipulace prostřednictvím jazyka a médií v dystopickém románu George Orwella 1984. Cílem práce je analyzovat techniky mediální a jazykové manipulace zobrazené ve vybraném románu. Zejména se soustředí na propagandu, jazyk a další formy manipulace, které mohou média použít, a na to, jak manipulace ovlivňuje myšlení jednotlivce. Práce se skládá z několika částí. První …more

The Bachelor thesis deals with the themes of manipulation through language and media in George Orwell’s dystopian novel 1984. The thesis aims to analyse techniques of media and linguistic manipulation depicted in the selected novel.
