Anotace:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze financial statements of the company and compare it with competitor’s. Also, reveal hidden financial problems which should be found with help of financial analysis. Comparing two companies will show normal values of the ratios in construction industry. One more important goal of the thesis is to define the position of company on the market and competitiveness of the company by comparing it with competitor and give suggestions to improve financial efficiency of the examined company. The next goal of the thesis is to analyse it from investors’s point of view, which should help understand if the company is atrractive for investors.
