Sourcing Strategies in Obtaining Human Resources

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření vlastní sourcingové strategie náboru zaměstnanců, včetně implementace a ověření na konkrétní společnosti. Autor strategii na-vrhl a zavedl do používání ve firmě Vodafone. Představení klíčových IT nástrojů, které mají vliv na změny v těchto procesech. Teoretická část práce obsahuje tři kapitoly zaměřené na personalistiku a lidské zdroje dále nábor a dopady informačních technologií na řízení lidských zdrojů. V této první teoretické části autor chce čtenáře seznámit s důležitými historickými milníky v oblasti lidských zdrojů. Praktická část je zaměřena na existující sourcingové strategie, ze kterých autor vycházel při implementaci nové. Dále jsou namodelovány procesy náboru a sourcingu. Získaná data z roční práce jsou shrnu-ta v závěrečné kapitole včetně výsledků implementace. Závěrem práce je shrnutí teoretické a praktické části spolu s doporučením, které další oblasti mohou být zpracovány.

Abstract:

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to create own sourcing strategy for recruiting em-ployees, including implementation and verification for specific companies. The author designed and implemented the strategy for use at Vodafone. Introduction of key IT tools that influence changes in these processes. The theoretical part of the thesis contains three chapters focused on human resources, as well as recruitment and the impact of information technology on human resource management. In this first theoretical part, the author wants to acquaint the reader with important historical milestones in the field of human resources. The practical part is focused on existing sourcing strategies, which the author based on the implementation of the new. Recruitment and sourcing process-es are also modelled. The data obtained from the annual work are summarized in the final chapter, including the results of the implementation. The conclusion of the work is a summary of the theoretical and practical part together with a recommendation of which other areas can be processed.
