Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou 4 knih populární psychologické literatury vysvětlujících genderové rozdíly (2 knihy Johna Graye a 2 knihy Allana a Barbary Peaseových). Práce texty rozebírá z hlediska formy a faktičnosti. Snaží se identifikovat použité komunikační strategie a způsoby, jak jsou v těchto knihách využívány výsledky výzkumů. The thesis is focused on the analysis of 4 pop-psychology books explaining gender differences (2 books by John Gray and 2 books by Allan and Barbara Pease). The thesis analyses the texts from the viewpoint of form and accuracy. It tries to identify applied communication strategies and ways, how are the research results used in these books.
