Diplomová práce se věnuje mentoringu jako nástroji profesního rozvoje personalistů a jejím cílem je zjistit, jak mentoringu u personalistů probíhá a jak personalisté mentoring vnímají v rámci jejich profesního rozvoje. The diploma thesis is devoted to mentoring as a tool for the professional development of HR professionals and its goal is to find out how mentoring takes place among HR professionals and how HR professionals perceive mentoring.
