Bakalářská práce se zaměří na analýzu vlivu řízení o předběžné otázce před ESD na integrační proces v rámci Evropské unie. Hlavní hypotézou práce je tvrzeni, že ze samotné podstaty řízení o předběžné otázce před ESD vyplývá tendence k prosazování supranacionalniho přístupu k integračnímu procesu. The bachelor thesis analyses the influence of the Procedure on Preliminary Questions before the European Court of Justice on the European Integration. The main aim of this paper is to verify the hypothesis that the Procedure on Preliminary Questions before ECJ emerges the Supranational Paradigm of Integration.
