Abstract:
Mnohočetný myelom je druhé nejčastější hematoonkologické onemocnění postihující terminálně diferencované B-lymfocyty – plazmatické buňky. Tyto plazmatické buňky se kumulují v kostní dřeni, kde narušují fyziologickou krvetvorbu. Abstract:
Multiple myeloma is the second most common hematooncological disease affecting terminally differentiated B-lymphocytes - plasma cells. These plasma cells accumulate in the bone marrow, where physiological hematopoiesis is affected. Multiple myeloma can progress either to extramedullary disease in which plasma cells migrate outside of the bone marrow microenvironment, or to plasma cell leukemia. The …more
