Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých benefitů, motivací a odměňováním zaměstnanců. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení nastavených zaměstnaneckých výhod a jednotlivých nabízených benefitů z pohledu zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, s přihlédnutím k daňovým a účetním aspektům. The thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits, motivation and remuneration of employees. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the set employee benefits and individual benefits offered from the perspective of the employee and the employer, taking into account tax and accounting aspects.
