Předkládaná rigorózní práce si klade za cíl analyzovat současnou právní úpravu ohledně normativní povahy lidského těla a jeho částí. Autor se postupně zabývá právní povahou mrtvoly člověka, oddělenými částmi lidského těla, jakož i některými tělesnými produkty, jako je krev, sperma nebo moč. This thesis aims to analyse current legislation concerning the human body and the human body parts. The author examines the legal nature of the human corpse, separated parts of the human body, as well as some bodily products such as blood, sperm and urine.
