Receptors with high affinity towards anions
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována neutrálním receptorům vykazujícím silnou afinitu k vybraným anorganickým aniontům s ohledem na použité rozpouštědlo, ve kterém interakce mezi aniontem a receptorem probíhá. Nedílnou součástí práce jsou přehledové tabulky neutrálních receptorů pro daný aniont a rozpouštědlo seřazené podle dosažené hodnoty asociačních konstant.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focusing on neutral receptors exhibiting high affinity for selected inorganic anions with respect to the solvent, in which interaction between the anion and the receptor takes place. An integral part of the work is an overview table of neutral receptors for a given anion and solvent sorted by obtained values of association constants.
