V této práci se věnuji problematice použití skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu při zobrazení povrchu polovodičů a jejich úpravou pomocí iontového fokusovaného svazku. In this thesis I use a scanning electron microscope for surfaces of semiconductors and their structuring using a focused ion beam. The experimental part of this work is done on microscope Quanta 3D 200i by FEI.
