Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první jsou rozebírána teoretická východiska environmentální archeologie. Ve druhé části je soustředěna pozornost zvláště na malakozoologickou analýzu a aplikaci dříve zmíněných principů, a to na třech případových studiích. The diploma thesis is divided to the two parts. In the first part are discuss theoretical issues of environmental archaeology.
