Abstract:
Práce v úvodu popisuje život krále Václava II. Dále práce popisuje horní právo, dle některých autorů též jako báňské právo, neboli ius montanorum v návaznosti na jeho hystrický vývoj. V další části práce je rozebrán latinsky psaný horní zákoník vydaný v letech 1300 - 1305 Václavem II, ius regale montanorum včetně jednotlivých kapitol. Závěrem se práce zabývá mincovní reformou Václava II.
Abstract:
Work in the introduction describes the life of King Wenceslas II. It also describes the upper right, according to some authors, also as a mining right or jus montanorum following his hystrický development. The next section is written in Latin decommissioned mining code issued in the years 1300 - 1305 Wenceslas II, jus regale montanorum including individual chapters.
