Tématem diplomové práce je popisná analýza přeměn obchodních korporací a družstev uskutečněných v roce 2019 v ČR republice. Zkoumanými přeměnami jsou fúze, rozdělení, převod jmění na společníka a přeshraniční přemístění sídla. The topic of this diploma thesis is a descriptive analysis of transformations of business corporations and cooperatives carried out in 2019 in the Czech Republic.
