Diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit výnosové procento z pronájmu nemovitostí v městských částech Ústí nad Labem za období od 2014 do 2019 a určit nejvhodnější oblast k nákupu nemovitosti za účelem pasivního příjmu z pronájmu. Abstract:
The diploma thesis aims to determine the yield percentage of real estate rental in the urban areas of Ústí nad Labem for the period from 2014 to 2019 and to determine the most suitable area for buying real estate for the purpose of passive rental income.
