Recruitment and selection of employees in Ceska sporitelna

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Česká spořitelna. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretická východiska procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, je zpracována na základě odborné literatury. V úvodu praktické části je nejprve stručně představena společnost Česká spořitelna a následně je provedena analýza procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Podkladem pro vytvoření praktické části byl rozhovor s personalistkou společnosti, internetové stránky a výroční zprávy společnosti. Na základě porovnání teoretických poznatků a informací získaných o průběhu procesu získávání a výběru v dané společnosti jsou jednotlivé procesy zhodnoceny a v případě potřeby jsou navržena doporučení k zefektivnění celkového systému.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to complete an analysis of the process of hiring and choosing the new employees in the company Ceska sporitelna. The thesis has been divided into two parts - theoretical and practical research. The theoretical part consists of the criteria of the process of hiring and choosing. It has been written according to the facts from the expert literature. At the beginning of the practical part, the company Ceska sporitelna is briefly described and afterwards follows the analysis of the process of hiring and electing employees. The practical part was formed by information gathered from the interviews with the human resources officer, by data from the web pages and the annual reports. According to the evaluation of the theoretical knowledge and the information which has been gathered about the process of hiring and choosing employees the particular acts has been classified. There are also a few suggestions which could lead to an increase of the whole system.
