Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řešení problematiky motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců konkrétního podniku, kterým je TUPA spol. s. r. o.. Cílem práce je analýza motivačních a stimulačních prostředků vybraného podniku. K získání informací je zvolena metoda dotazníkového šetření a rozhovor s vedoucím pracovníkem. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the motivation and stimulation of TUPA spol. s. r. o. employees. The work aims to analyse the company’s motivational and stimulating means.
