Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala analýzou okolí podniku Fatra a.s. This bachelor thesis dealt with the analysis of environment of Fatra a.s. The aim of this work was to obtain information that is important for strategic decision making of Fatra a.s. by analyzing the environment, including analysis of the macro-environment, micro-environment, and indoor environment.
