Document Management System based on MS Sharepoint

Abstract:

Hlavním úkolem této práce je vytvoření Dokument management systému založeného na SharePoint Serveru 2010. Jako první krok prozkoumáme možnosti SharePoint Severu pro implementaci DM systému. Dále se také seznámíme s možnostmi zabezpečení DM systému a SharePointu. Poté co budeme mít všechny teoretické znalosti se pustíme do implementace DMS. Největším úkolem implementace je vytvoření rozšíření SharePointu, které je podobné aplikacím Office Web Apps. Důvodem pro vytvoření této aplikace je potřeba jednoduché práce s elektronickými fakturami uloženými na SharePoint serveru. Aplikace se jmenuje SmartISDOC. SmartISDOC umí pracovat s elektronickými fakturami ve formátu ISDOC a její základní funkce jsou vytváření čtení a úprava faktur.

Abstract:

Main objective of this work is create Document management system based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. As first we have to explore capabilities of SharePoint Server for implementation DM system. Then we look for information about DMS security and SharePoint security options. After we learn all about these issues, we can start with implementation DMS. The biggest task of implementation is creating SharePoint extension which is similar to Office Wep App. Purpose of this new web application is easy work with electronic invoices which are stored on SharePoint. Application is named SmartISDOC. SmartISDOC works with electronic invoices stored in ISDOC format. Basic functions of SmartISDOC are creating, reading and editing invoices.
