Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zralostí osobnosti. Tato psychologická kategorie není v současné době dostatečně rozpracována. Neexistuje její ucelená koncepce. V této práci se zabýváme zralostí z hlediska utváření a vývoje osobnosti. This study examines a personal maturity. This psychological category isn't enough explored. There is no comprehensive conception at present. This study deals with analysis of a maturity and related concepts such a development of personality. We are also focused on humanistic concepts that we compare with empirical data.
