Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Teoretická část seznamuje s pojmem pracovní spokojenosti a definuje hlavní faktory ovlivňující spokojenost zaměstnanců. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of employee satisfaction at company XY. The theoretical part introduces the concept of work satisfaction and defines the key influencing factors. The aim of this thesis is to identify the current level of employee satisfaction at XY and to use the survey results to propose possible improvements.
