Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření při financování bydlení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Každá část obsahuje dvě kapitoly. V první kapitole jsou přiblíženy základní pojmy – hypoteční úvěr, úroková sazba, stavební spoření, úvěr ze stavebního spoření nebo překlenovací úvěr. The bachelor's thesis focuses on comparing mortgage loans and building savings loans for housing financing. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
