Risk management system in the selected company

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zhodnocení systému managementu rizika, s ohledem na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci v podniku PARAMO, a. s. a zhodnocení vnímání bezpečnosti v relevantním okolí podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První část se věnuje základním pojmům spojených s problematikou řízení rizik a samotnému managementu rizika. Druhá část je zaměřena na pojetí managementu rizika jako systému a na platnou legislativu, upravující danou problematiku. Třetí část je věnována bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, jejímu zajišťování a řízení. Čtvrtá část charakterizuje podnik PARAMO, a. s. Pátá část popisuje řízení rizik a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v podniku PARAMO, a. s. a věnuje se rozboru pracovních úrazů. Poslední část je zaměřena na provázanost veřejné správy, veřejnosti a daného podniku a na zjištění, jak je vnímána bezpečnostní percepce v blízkém okolí. Diplomová práce se věnuje řízení rizika a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci s ohledem na platnou legislativu v podniku PARAMO, a. s. hodnotí vývoj pracovních úrazů v něm a vnímání bezpečnosti v jeho relevantním okolí.

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis deals with risk management system with regard to the safety and health protection during the working process in PARAMO a. s. and evaluates the perception of safety in relevant company surroundings. The thesis is divided into six chapters. First part is dedicated to basic terms related to the issue of risk management and to the risk management itself. The second chapter focuses on risk management system and its conception as well as on the valid legislation providing for the mentioned issue. The third part deals with safety and health protection during working process, its secure and management. The fourth part characterizes the PARAMO a. s. company. The fifth part describes risk and safety management and health protection during the working process in PARAMO a. s. together with the analysis of accidents. Last part is aimed at interconnection of public administration, public and the mentioned company. It discovers the perception of safety in the vicinity of the company. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate managements of the risk, safety and health protection during the working process with regard to the valid legislation, to analyse the development of accidents and review the perception of the level of safety secure in nearby surroundings.
