Microbiological parameters of water from private wells.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mikrobiologické parametry pitné vody ze soukromýchstudní.Teoretická část je zaměřena na vlastnosti a legislativní požadavky pitné vody předevšímz mikrobiologického hlediska. V experimentální části práce byl provedenmikrobiologický rozbor 7 vzorků vody ze soukromých studní. Rozbory byly provedenyv měsících říjnu, listopadu a lednu. Výsledné hodnoty byly porovnány s legislativnímipožadavky a s dalšími doposud provedenými studiemi. Šest ze sedmi vzorků, tedy 85,7 %nevyhovělo parametrům stanoveným legislativou. Konzumace této vody může představovatzdravotní riziko. Bylo provedeno srovnání výsledných hodnot daných vzorkův jednotlivých měsících. Většina vzorků vykazovala trend snižujícího se počtu mikroorganismůse snižující se venkovní teplotou.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on microbiological parameters of drinking waterfrom private wells.The theoretical chapter is focused on the properties and legislative requirementsof drinking water, especially from the microbiological point of view. Microbiologicalanalysis of 7 water samples from private wells was performed in the experimental partof the thesis. The analyzes were carried out in October, November and January. The resultingvalues were compared with legislative requirements and other studies carried outso far. Six of seven samples, therefore 85.7%, did not comply with the parameters stipulatedby legislation. Consuming this water might constitute a health risk. The results of thegiven samples were compared in individual months. Most of the samples showed a trendof decreasing number of microorganisms with decreasing outside temperature.
