Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zvýšení angažovanosti zaměstnanců. Zaměřuje se na analýzu současné situace v angažovanosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti Masonite CZ spol. s r.o. a na základě zjištění navrhuje opatření na zefektivnění systému angažovanosti zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Diplomová práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_02 „Management a marketing“.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on increasing the engagement of employees. It focuses on the analysis of the current situation in terms of employee engagement at Masonite CZ spol. s r. o. and on the basis of the findings, proposes measures to streamline the system of employee engagement in the company.
