The Cooperation in the Form of Class Meetings at Primary School

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je spolupráce formou tripartitních schůzek na prvním stupni základní školy. Teoretická část je rozčleněna na pět kapitol. Zabývá se pojmem spolupráce, učiteli, rodiči a jejich vzájemnou interakcí. Rozděluje a definuje vybrané kurikulární dokumenty na státní i školské úrovni. Popisuje konkrétní formy spolupráce v klasických, alternativních školách i v zahraničí. Charakterizuje pojem i specifika malotřídní školy. V empirické části byly zanalyzovány vybrané kurikulární dokumenty a zjištěn podíl pojmu spolupráce z jejich celkového obsahu. Na konkrétní malotřídní škole byly zjištěny informace o vzájemné spolupráci a srovnány tripartitní a klasické třídní schůzky. Tyto informace byly získány pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí metod dotazníku, vyplněných respondenty a obsahové analýzy textu vybraných dokumentů. Dané výsledky byly vyhodnoceny, zanalyzovány, následně byl navržen další postup pro zkvalitnění a prohloubení spolupráce. V diplomové práci byla zodpovězena výzkumná otázka Jak kvalitní je úroveň spolupráce s rodiči na 1. stupni malotřídní základní školy. Na základě zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky byla zjištěna vysoká úroveň kvality spolupráce školy s rodiči, což dokazují odpovědi na výzkumné cíle, které značily ve více než 90 % spokojenost s úrovní kvality spolupráce.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is Cooperation in the form of tripartite meetings at the first grade of elementary school. The theoretical part is subdivided into five parts. It deals with the topics such as cooperation, teacher, parents and their mutual interaction. It also divides and defines specific curicullum documents at the state and school level. Moreover, the thesis describes specific forms of cooperation in classical, alternative schools and even abroad. It describes the area of small-class school specifics, too. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of specific curicullum documents. The balance of the concept of cooperation in its all content is being discussed. Furthermore, the information about mutual cooperation in a chosen small-class school is revealed. Classic class meeting and tripartite meeting is compared in this part, too. The information have been reached via quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire completed by respondents and the content analysis of specific documents. The results have been evalutated and analysed. Finally, further procedures for the improvement and sealing the cooperation have been suggested. In the diploma thesis, the research question "How good is the level of cooperation with parents in the first grade of a small primary school" was answered. Based on the answers to the main research question, a high level of quality of the school's cooperation with parents was found, which is evidenced by the answers to the research objectives, have showm more than 90 % satisfaction with the level of the cooperation quality.
