Předmětem bakalářské práce je objasnění jednotlivých stylů řízení a jejich následné využití v praxi. První část se zabývá popsáním jednotlivých stylů řízení, konkrétně se zaměřením na specifikaci autokratického, demokratického a liberálního stylu řízení. The object of this bachelor´s thesis is to clarify the different management styles and their usage in practice. The first part deals with describing the various styles of management, particularly focusing on the specification of autocratic, democratic and liberal management style.
