Preparatory games and exercises for practicing and improving the technique of volleyball skills of secondary school students

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá tématem průpravné hry a cvičení pro nácvik a zlepšení techniky volejbalových dovedností žáků na středních školách. Hlavním cílem a i následným výsledkem je vytvořený zásobník her a cvičení pro rozvoj volejbalových dovedností a zapojení těchto cvičení a her do školní tělesné výchovy. Obsahem práce je charakteristika teoretických východisek dané problematiky, zásobník her a cvičení s názornými nákresy a následné zhodnocení praktického využití u adolescentů.

Abstract:

The final thesis deals with the topic of preparatory games and exercises for practicing and improving the technique of volleyball skills of secondary school students. The main goal and subsequent result is the created stack of games and exercises for the development of volleyball skills and the inclusion of these exercises and games in school physical education. The content of the thesis is a description of the theoretical starting points of the issue, a collection of games and exercises with illustrative drawings and a subsequent evaluation of the practical use in adolescents.
