Tato bakalářská práce přináší souhrn poznatků o významu PI3K(s) v patogenezi lidských nádorových onemocnění. PI3Ks hrají velmi významnou roli v mnoha buněčných procesech, jakými jsou například apoptóza, proliferace, buněčný růst, metabolismus glukózy a angiogeneze. Abstract:
This thesis summarizes the importance of PI3K(s) in the pathogenesis of human cancer. PI3Ks play an important role in many cellular processes such as apoptosis, proliferation, cell growth, glucose metabolism and angiogenesis.
