Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o možnostech řešení pojistné události na majetku, který je pořízen formou finančního leasingu. Leasing je v dnešní době jednou z nejrozšířenějších forem financování majetku. S leasingem je spojována řada výhod ale bohužel i řada nevýhod. Největší nevýhodou zejména pro příjemce leasingu je riziko finanční ztráty při poškození či odcizení předmětu leasingové smlouvy. Abstract:
Leasing is one of the most used alternative of asset financing. There are a lot of advantages but also a lot of disadvantages. One of the biggest disadvantages is certainly financial loss for hirer. There are a lot of ways how to solve the situation of total loss, partial loss or abstraction of the vehicle.
