Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním rozdílů mužů a žen na trhu práce se zaměřením na mzdové rozdíly. Práce popisuje problematiku diskriminačního chování a rozdílného mzdového ohodnocování. Teoretická část je věnována základním teoretickým pojmům a ekonomickým teoriím či legislativě. This master thesis examines gender differences in the labor market with focus on wage differences men´s and women´s. This thesis describes problems of discrimination behavior and differences of wage´s evaluation. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts and economic theories and too legislative.
