Analysis and comparison of labor market trends in the Teplice district and Karviná

Abstract:

Zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost jsou v současné době jedním z nejzávažnějších problémů, naší společnosti, který má negativní dopady jak ekonomické, tak i sociální. Ve své práci se věnuji problematice zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti v okrese Teplice a okrese Karviná. Téma mé práce je Analýza a komparace vývoje trhů práce v okrese Teplice a okrese Karviná. Hlavním mé práce je zhodnotit vývoj a rozdíly na regionálních trzích práce okrese Teplice a Karviná. Po analýze během let 2000 ? 2009 nezaměstnanosti obou regionů za použití dat z Úřadu práce v Teplicích a Karviné společně s daty získanými z Českého statistického úřadu a Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí, je míra nezaměstnanosti v okrese Karviná zhruba o jedno procento větší než míra nezaměstnanosti v okrese Teplice. Míra nezaměstnanosti v obou okresech měla nepatrný pokles až po roce 2004. Nyní se nezaměstnanost obou okresů udržuje mezi 13 14 %. Oba okresy aktivně využívají nástrojů aktivní politiky nezaměstnanosti. Můžeme tedy říci, že vznik APZ pozitivně ovlivňuje nezaměstnanost obou okresů.

Abstract:

Employment and unemployment are now one of the most serious problems our society, which has implications both economic and social. In my work I deal with issues of employment and unemployment in the district and the District. The theme of my work is the analysis and comparison of labor market trends in the district and the District. My main job is to evaluate developments and differences in regional labor markets and the district of Karvina. After analyzing the years 2000 - 2009 unemployment in both regions, using data from the Labour Office in Teplice and Karviná, together with data obtained from the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the unemployment rate in District by about one percentage point higher than the rate of unemployment district of. Unemployment rates in both districts had a slight decline after 2004. Now unemployment is maintained between the two districts 13 14%. Both districts are actively using the tools of active employment policy. We can therefore say that the emergence of a positive impact on unemployment APZ both districts.
