Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá alternativními masnými výrobky a alternativními směry stravování. Nejčastěji vyznávanými alternativními směry stravování jsou vegetariánství a veganství. V práci je také zahrnuta kapitola, která se zabývá majoritními a minoritními druhy masa, jejich spotřebě a výrobkům z nich. Práce se také věnuje surovinám, kterými je v alternativním masných výrobcích maso nahrazeno.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is concerned with alternative meat products and alternative dietary guidelines. The most used guidelines are vegetarism and veganism. In the thesis is salso a chapter, which deals with major and minor types of meats, their consumption and products derived from them.
