Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se za pomoci procesní analýzy věnuje zhodnocení současného stavu spolku Vrátka, který se ve své činnosti soustřeďuje na problematiku zaměstnanosti handicapovaných osob ve spojitosti s poskytovanou službou sociální rehabilitace. První teoretická část práce pojednává všeobecně o poslání a charakteristice neziskového sektoru v kontextu národního hospodářství, přičemž stěžejní pozornost je upírána směrem k nestátním neziskovým organizacím. Dále je v této části vymezen prostor pro nastínění teoretického rámce procesní analýzy, z jejíchž poznatků následně vychází praktická část bakalářské práce. Na základě identifikovaných výsledků procesní analýzy jsou v konečném pojetí formulována vhodná opatření, která mají za cíl zlepšit procesy v dané neziskové organizaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis, with the help of a process analysis, deals with the evaluation of the current state of the Vrátka society, which deals with the issue of employment of disabled persons in connection with social rehabilitation service. The first theoretical part of the thesis discusses characteristics of the non–profit sector in context of the national economy, with the main focus on non– governmental non-profit organizations. Furthermore, this part defines the space outlining the theoretical framework of process analysis and the findings on which the practical part of this bachelor thesis is based. Based on the identified results of the process analysis, appropriate measures are ultimately formulated to improve the processes in the non-profit organization.
