Possibilities of flat foot physiotherapy for figure skaters

Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá problematikou ploché nohy u krasobruslařů. V teoretické části je podán stručný popis anatomie a kineziologie nohy, se zaměřením na nožní klenbu. Dále taky informuje o příčinách vzniku této deformity, klinickém obrazu a diagnostiky. V závěrečné práci se zaměřuji na plochonoží u krasobruslařů a vliv brusle na samotné chodidlo. V poslední částí práce jsou popsány možnosti kompenzačního cvičení pro krasobruslaře. Cílem mé závěrečné práce je podat všeobecný přehled týkající se anatomické struktury nohy a její funkce, problematiky plochonoží, jeho diagnostiky a terapie.

Abstract:

The final thesis deals with the issue of flat feet among figure skaters. The theoretical part gives a brief description of the anatomy and kinesiology of the foot, with specific concentration on the foot arch. The thesis also informs about the causes of this issue, the clinical image and diagnostics. In this thesis, I focus on flat feet among figure skaters and the effect of skates on the foot itself. The last part of this work describes the possibilities of compensatory exercises for figure skaters. The aim of my final thesis is to give a general overview of the anatomical ?structure of the foot and its function, the problematic of flat foot, its diagnosis ?and therapy.
