Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu podniku Pebal s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část se zaměřuje na teoretickou rešerši odborné literatury. Druhá praktická část aplikuje poznatky získané z teoretické části na reálný podnik. Poté je vybraná strategie implementována a pomocí stanovených strategických cílů by měla být naplněna. The master´s thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the company Pebal s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part focuses on a theoretical professional literature research. The second practical part applies the knowledge obtained from the theoretical part to a real enterprise.
