Accounting and tax specifics of the particular state-funded organization

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na účetní a daňová specifika hospodaření Střední školy zemědělské a potravinářské, Klatovy, Národních mučedníků 141. Práce je rozdělena na šest kapitol. První kapitola charakterizuje veřejný sektor, zabývá se příčinami existence veřejného sektoru, jeho funkcemi a členěním. Jelikož jsou příspěvkové organizace zakládány z důvodu zabezpečení smíšených veřejných statků, je zde vysvětlen pojem veřejný statek a následně jeho segmentace. Druhá kapitola definuje neziskové organizace, uvádí jejich členění a charakterizuje hospodaření příspěvkových organizací. Ve třetí kapitole je představena vybraná příspěvková organizace. Čtvrtá kapitola je členěna na dvě části. Nejprve je zde stručně nastíněno účetnictví příspěvkových organizací a proběhlá reforma spolu s aktuálními právními normami účetnictví veřejné správy a poté je popsáno účetnictví konkrétního subjektu. Pátá kapitola nejdříve analyzuje jednotlivé daně týkající se příspěvkových organizací a následně je specifikuje u vybrané organizace. Poslední kapitola analyzuje zjištěné informace o hospodaření organizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the financial and tax management specifics of the Agriculture and Food High School, Klatovy, Národních mučedníku 141 The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the public sector and deals with the causes of the public sector, its functions and structure. Since contributory organizations are established to secure mixed public goods, there is explaination of the term ?public goods? and its segmentation. The second chapter defines non-profit organizations, describes their structure and characterizes the management governmental organizations. The third section presents a selected organization. The fourth chapter is divided into two parts. At first, there are briefly outlined governmental organizations accounting and implementation of the reform along with current legal standards of accounting and public administration; secondly, there is described an accounting of the selected subject. The fifth chapter firstly analyzes the individual tax of organizations and then specifies them for the selected organization. The last chapter analyzes the obtained information about the management of the organization.
