Nursing Process in Care of Patient with an External Fixator on the Lower Limb

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zevními fixátory na dolních končetinách. Výsledkem je vypracování ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta se zevní fixací na dolní končetině a stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz dle NANDA I. Taxonomie II. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 3 kapitol. První popisuje zevní fixace, její historie, typy zevních fixátoru, indikace k použití léčby zevní fixací a komplikace léčby, druhá obsahuje zlomeniny dolních končetin, jejich diagnostiku, klasifikaci, hojení a léčbu. Třetí kapitola hovoří o specifikách péče, předoperační, intraoperační a pooperační péči, péči o fixaci a následné rehabilitaci. Praktická část je označená jako kapitola 4 a jedná se o ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienta se zevním fixátorem na dolní končetině. Podle určujících znaků byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy s jejich cíly léčby, plánem péče s následnou realizací a hodnocením.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with external fixators on the lower limbs. The result is the development of a nursing process in the care of a patient with external fixation on the lower limb and the determination of nursing diagnoses according to NANDA I. Taxonomy II. The theoretical part is divided into 3 chapters. The first describes external fixation, its history, types of external fixators, indications for the use of external fixation treatment and treatment complications, the second contains lower limb fractures, their diagnosis, classification, healing and treatment. The third chapter talks about the specifics of care, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care, fixation care and subsequent rehabilitation. The practical part is marked as chapter 4 and it is a nursing process in the care of a patient with an external fixator on the lower limb. According to the determining features, nursing diagnoses were determined with their treatment goals, care plan with subsequent implementation and evaluation.
